I hope this finds you grounded and centered.

In times of turmoil, it can feel genuinely challenging to stay calm and not get pulled into fear, anxiety, anger, or overwhelm. When the world feels loud and intense, our nervous system often reacts before our wisdom has a chance to speak.

This is precisely when our ability to ground and clear our energy field matters most.

I notice this in myself, too. Certain triggers—such as injustice or collective trauma held in the field—can pull me out of my center. When that happens, it’s easy to unknowingly add energy to lower vibrations rather than supporting what we truly want to see more of in the world.

And yet, we always have a choice.

Will we give our energy to fear and anger,
or to love, compassion, healing, and freedom?

The Power of Dropping into the Heart

Dropping out of the head and into the heart is powerful.
The heart holds far more wisdom than the mind.

The mind loves to run scenarios—imagining what could happen, replaying images, sometimes creating very vivid inner movies. World events can even trigger strong, visceral responses in the body.

For some, this may be because, in another lifetime, you lived through war, persecution, or loss. The energetic field remembers, even when the conscious mind does not. These responses are not a weakness—they are a sign of sensitivity and awareness.

Still, we are not meant to live there.

The heart offers a different way of relating. One that is steady, spacious, and loving.

A Simple Heart-Centering Practice

Here is a short practice to support you in returning to your center:

Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow, full breath.

Set the intention to drop out of your head and into your heart center—your fourth chakra.

Allow any pain, frustration, sadness, or heavy emotions you are carrying to gently flow downward through your grounding cord. There is no effort required.

Simply imagine these emotions leaving your heart.

Then invite in the energy you would rather experience:
love, peace, freedom, compassion.

Allow this energy to fill your heart center completely, overflowing into the rest of your body, into you aura.

Take a moment here, breath, and enjoy this feeling.

Coming Back Home to Yourself

This simple shift can help you feel more centered, supported, and connected to yourself. It doesn’t deny what is happening in the world—it allows you to meet it from a place of clarity rather than reactivity.

You can return to this practice anytime. The heart is always available to you.

I leave you with this quote out of the book The Little Prince: “Only with the heart we can see clearly.”
